Description
The Vitamix Propel blender is one of the tools I actually use in the 450 Test Kitchen. In the beginning I used it for smoothies only, but I have made soup, frozen drinks, pesto, and ground spices with it. After burning up two cheaper brands I upgraded and love it. It has earned its place by being practical, reliable, and easy to work into everyday cooking. These blenders are on the pricey side and should only be purcahsed if you cook a lot.
